The advantage of Power Point Slides is audio –visual techniques. Backgrounds, color, front size, arrangement of ideas are very important for presenter to crab audiences’ attention and leave long-lasting impression to audiences.
For examples, online news and online magazine, writers need to put larger graphics to crab readers’ attention. Writers must present icons or pictures on online news. In contrast, newspaper, writers need to present full of text instead of larger pictures.
The paragraphs must be short, types of front such as serif front and the size of front must be bigger to easy readers to read it on screen. However, for printing documents do not need to have short paragraphs, smaller size of front and use Sans-Serif to easy reader reads it on paper.
Arrangement of layout on screen is more dynamics. In contrast, arrangement of layout on paper is fixed.

Schriver (1997,p.407) stated that pictures can attract the reader’s interest and curiosity .Memory for pictures tends to be better than memory for words. Pictures provide the point across fairly ,easily and quickly.
